Average at best.  First appt. was cancelled, late for the second appt.  There was a mass exodus at the end of the cleaning and we were unable to catch a few things.  We were charged $350 and thought we were getting a thorough cleaning what we got was a surface cleaning at best.  When quoted the price we were told our kitchen cabinets would be cleaned with Murphy's Oil Soap it was not done, so we did it ourselves.  Soap scum was left on the shower walls that we removed  with CLR.  We were told windows were smeared looking due to glue.  Not so, they cleaned up just fine for my dh.  Job should have cost us half of what we were charged.
