Project: Repair or Partially Replace Vinyl Siding
The vinyl siding repair project was absolutely perfect----now, no one will ever know that a TREE hit the side of my house!! Thanks to Geoff and the crew at SouthEast Home Work for all of their professionalism and attention to detail. These guys are prompt, reliable, quick, and aren't out to rip you off. I will definitely call on their services again---although, next time I hope it's for some remodeling improvements and not for damage repair! Sincerely, Christian Hammond

Project: Landscape Yard or Gardens
I was very disappointed to come home and see the "landscaping" that SouthEast had done. The clippings from the trimmed bushes were lying on the ground around the bushes (not picked up). The entire front and side garden areas had not been mulched at all. When I called, Mr. Farmer (I believe the owner) came out and said he had forgotten that he left the job undone. He finished it the next day, but the mulch he used didn't appear to be fresh (it looked re-used, in fact). The overall look, when complete, was unsatisfactory. I was not at all pleased and I would not hire SouthEast again. Mr. Farmer was polite, however.

Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors
The bidding was done professionally, taking off the top sill to actually view the opening and get accurate measurements. they went above what we hired them for when a downpour occurred while they were replacing the basement door and water flooded in. They cleaned up the water and assisted in fixing the cause of the flooding.

I was very impressed. The work was done quickly and efficiently. He explained why the siding had come loose and what he did to fix it. After finishing that project, he immediately began on another which I kept putting off. I will definitely be calling again for more home projects.
