We planned on doing the work ourselves, We called Fred and didn't take advantage of our time frame. He went out of his way to schedule us in and do the work quickly. He didn't rush the job and it looked great when he left. He is kind, caring and compassionate and takes pride in his work. It was a pleasure to meet him. We are so pleased with the work and his professionalism as well, I found it was refreshing how helpful and professional they were.

He was thorough, worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted, we decided not to pay to get the grouting done so he showed us how to do it.

Had tile installed in a bathroom for the tub and floor. Fred was easy to work with, understood the project and was excited to work on it! Good communication about the work, made useful suggestions for the project, and is a really nice guy! :)

Project: Repair, Refasten, or Stretch Carpeting
contacted a few other places before using service magic and wasted my time before. this guy came and did a tremendous job looks excellent and my basment was not level and has water issues and future work will be needed in this area, he did a great job getting tiles level and securing them and giving them a protective edge to ensure tiles wont chip and crack when i get other work done. no other installer i called would even listen to what i wanted done but fred came out and did an awesome job. everything i asked and wanted he accommidated, he did not rush anything and always showed up on time. will defiantly use again. thank you
