Michael was professional and very maticulous with details. He made sure all aspects of my kitchen remodel was to my standards and that the customer was completely happy with the results. I would recommend SBKitchen and Bath to anyone.

Project: Kitchen - Remodel

I was looking for a inexpensive cabinet for a rental property and althou they exceeded the quality I thought I would be recieving in a cabinet, the project lingered weeks passed the finish date and all the small finishing details had to be pointed out and corrected to them MANY MANY TIMES. In the end they were very unprofessional and I would not do business again with that company.

This project was extended due to additional change order items at the customer request which extends the completion date. The final details was delayed due to a back ordered cabinet part beyond the contractors control. At all times we were always professional and the project turned out beautiful.

Project: Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms

Lots of problems getting off the ground. Michael was not clear on many details. Didn't ask enough questions nor answer ours satisfactorily. Work was begun before necessary materials were procured, often leaving us in limbo and resulting in many delays. Many problems with some sub-contractors as well. Projected completion date was 9/30/09 and we just finished today (2/20/10), almost 4 months late! Michael's partner, Dan Brehm, basically took over all aspects of the job and although things went very slowly, we were very satisfied with Dan's attitude and work. The two partners are splitting, with Michael retaining the SBKB name.

Project: Bathroom - Remodel

Started bathroom demo on Oct. 20th 2009 not finished until Feb. 2012. Dec. 15th 2009 was our contracted date. Tile people were excellent. Plumber was excellent. Long delays in carpentry work and installing electric lights etc. Painter was excellent. Contractor had serious illness in family and was gone for two weeks. Person to replace him was so busy with other jobs, we had to wait awhile. All i n all the work was very good and the finished results are good.

Job is not completed yet but they do excellent work and they are very respectful of your home. They always clean up messes before leaving. They have creative ideas. They listen to the homeowner.
