City: Kirkland Project: Garage Door - Repair Excellent!  The tech. knew what he was doing and explained why he recommended certain changes.  I liked the fact they quoted prior to coming out the spring charge (broken spring) and… Read Complete Rating Excellent!  The tech. knew what he was doing and explained why he recommended certain changes.  I liked the fact they quoted prior to coming out the spring charge (broken spring) and service fee.  We did end up needing bearing and plates on top of the broken spring.  Our bill was $308.73 which did cost more because of the addition of fixing the plates and bearings.
