They are very thorough and timely with thier cleaning...always on time....friendly and their service has been very satisfactory.

Expected more detail cleaning on first visit, but many areas were missed - ceiling fans still had dust, cabinets & doors had dirt, dining table & leather sofa not cleaned, kitchen sink had mildew and I had to spend another 2 hours cleaning things they left-out.

Overall I am pleased. The house felt good to come home to. There were some things I noticed - some fairly obvious - and some that I know were tough and will take some concentrated work. The obvious things were that the kitchen table needed to be scrubbed before polish was applied and the master bedroom baseboards have obvious dog hair on one wall. Things that will take a while are my textured tile floors that trap dirt that needs to be removed over time. A couple of faucets still have lime deposits on them; this, too, make take a while. Since this was a deep cleaning, I assume that the maid was running short on time.

I had a minor problem in an area I was not happy with. Called Barbara..she happily came and took care of the problem area herself. I will call for her services in the future Lata Vardan Plano Tx

Our bathroom was terrible before. Now it's not. They did an excellent job!

I enjoyed walking into a clean house and not having to clean. I had a party that weekend and it took away my stress. Great job!!

Barbara called me immediately after I submitted my request. We scheduled an appointment to meet the following day. She was on time and took 30 minutes to view my home and another 15 minutes to speak to me. My first service was today (1/18/10) and they did an awesome job. I am looking forward to a bi-weekly service with Sonshine from now on.

There were so many areas that weren't clean, I don't know where to begin. What was left for me to take care of took 2 hours to complete. My hardwood floors were so streaked and cloudy that I had to clean them on my hands and knees and there was so much "dust" left on the floor that it's no wonder they streaked and clouded up. There was "lint, dirt, whatever" left in my bathroom sinks and on the toilets that they barely looked cleaned. I did not have them come back as I had too much going on, getting ready for company. They thought that was unfair but I was very angry and disappointed and didn't want to take time to deal with them.

This customer refused to do the "deep clean" to start with because of Christmas stuff, but wanted a regular cleaning. Deep cleaning was to be done after. The girl used her equipment on the shiny wooden floor, which "clouded" and streaked. She cleaned it again and again it streaked and clouded. I spoke with the customer and she did not want us to come back. She refused. I learned, if mop covers/cloths laundered or dried with fabric softener or dryer sheet, will make the cleaner cloud up 10 - 30 minutes after you finish. The customer would not even speak with me about it and how to correct it. She had just cleaned "cloudy" mirrors from before.

Expected more from a first-time clean. Attention to detail wasn't great. Not bad, but not great.
