Todd was recommended by a neighbor, and I'm glad that I took his recommendation! Todd was very easy to work with and most considerate. He took care to protect the floors so that removal of old materials and bringing in new materials was clean and efficient. He worked continuously from his arrival at my home and completed the job sooner than I expected. I will happily hire Todd again.

I had an urgent need -- hot water heater went bad & flooded the basement on a Friday night. Somerset Plumbing's owner, Todd, called me shortly after I submitted my request, came to my house the next morning - at the time when he said he would -- and quickly and neatly replaced my water heater at a great price, especially considering it was a Saturday morning, and charged exactly what he said it would cost when we talked the night before. Crisis averted - quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. I have no doubt I will call them again for all my future plumbing issues. Well done!

Project: Install a Tankless Water Heater System
Somerset Plumbing fixed my water heater promptly, professionally, and for a fair price. Todd worked quickly, finishing in less time than initially estimated. He was open and honest about his pricing and did not change it on me when he got there. The above makes Somerset Plumbing a good company--what makes them GREAT is Todd's customer service. After installation, we were disappointed that the bigger unit still didn't meet our needs. Todd took responsibility and offered to redo the work, using a Tankless Heater instead, and just charging us the difference. That was a classy move that gives him good marks in our book and earns a recommendation

Todd was personable from our initial contact, set and followed-up on appointments, providing timely updates. They completed the work ahead of schedule, and cleaned up very well after themselves. I'd definitely recommend Somerset Plumbing for solutions to water heater problems.
