Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
This contractor's two day assessment of the work turned into almost three weeks. His detail work was messy. I would suggest that you ask him about his previous experience before having him do any building of decks, roofs etc..

Unfortunately, this customer is in a contract dispute with me over the cost of materials and I expect it will end up in court.
