I normally don't rate anyone at the highest level, as I reserve that for someone who is just outstanding and without flaws. I tend to be a tough rater, but I have to say Tom is an outstanding professional. The job was completed as planned, as budgeted (no surprises). His work is impeccable. His communications and keeping me abreast was just outstanding. Trade people have a reputation of being unreliable, and not communicating. Well, Tom has then have to be the exception. I think he went well beyond my expectations, in workmanship, and professionalism. You will not regret hiring him, for sure. Thanks for a great job Tom.

I have had the work done and I'm very pleased with the job. The workers were very professional and yes I would be very apt to hire them again . If I should need them again.
