Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
Don the owner, answered questions honestly and directly. when we had another bid that we felt was compeitiive, we went back to don to discuss any areas we could lower our cost. to my surprise he listened to our concerns and we did in fact get some concessions. He was there the day of the work on time and followed up several times to make sure we were satisfied with the job. He set up the HRSS immediatealy after and the inspectior right after that. Within two weeks all work permits and paperwork were completed. He ever rewrapped the existing ducting. I highly recommend his service.

The service was excellent. They did what they promised to do. I had a couple of questions and they sent out a service rep. to answer my questions. The price quoted was below the competition. So far, I am very satisfied.

Comfort Advisors went through all the correct steps to size and recommend the proper HVAC replacement system. Explained their proposal with actual facts that could be verified before I made a decision. The installation was immaculate including the duct work. The installation is the key and they even were spot on the details. All the heat sealing tape was applied with the printed side text facing up, never upside-down so it could be read ---- amazing. It works just as described. Two-Stage gas w/variable blower & Two-Stage-AC /Coil

To my surprise, EVERYONE (crew of 6+) were very professional and polite! The crew came in and out of my house in less than 6 hours on replacing the whole system. We are already enjoying the quietness of the system.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. Except that they billed my credit card two times. When made aware of this they corrected the problem immediately. However, if I had not caught the error I would have paid twice.

Don was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was upfront about everything and didn't lie. His crew was totally professional and trustworthy. I was happy to see that he was employing Americans and not illegals. Very, very satisfied.
