High quality work from this company. Many neighbors have commented not only on the quality of the job but also the fact they were ready to work by 8 AM each day until the project was completed.

Michael and his crew did an exceptional job on our deck. Not only did they complete the project in a timely manner, but they were also reasonably priced. But beyond the price and job completion, working with Michael has been the most pleasant experience we have ever had working with a residential contractor. We would hire him for any other remodeling jobs in an instant - deck or otherwise! Some things that we really appreciated were the high standards he had for the building quality of our deck - it even surpassed our own! He was also very clean and tidy at the end of the day, making sure that our yard was safe for our toddler and dog. And finally, the men that he worked with were highly professional and just pleasant to be around. Since I was around for most of the day with dog and daughter, they were incredibly respectful of our comings and goings. Michael was recommended to us from a friend, and I am so glad we took their advice!

Michael Tade did a great job of working with us to re-do our deck. He understood our design ideas and contributed many of his own. He also worked with us to tailor the design to get it closer to our budger without losing the key features. His workmanship was excellent. His crew was friendly, diligent and kept a very orderly jobsite. We were always well informed of what was going on and he made adjustments to his work flow to meet our needs. I would recommend him highly to anyone contemplating a new deck and I intend to use him again for some other deck remodeling at our house.

Mike and Alex were outstanding. They built my 360 sqft. Trex bi-level floating deck in one week and it looks great. Friendly, prompt, professional and no mess left behind. What more could you ask?

The guys doing the work were great. They were professional, friendly and efficient. They took out my old deck, built my new deck as well as doing a few extras like moving an arbor, putting in a gate and building a screen for my recycling. They did all this in about 5 workdays.

Sol Concept's installation of our deck and door went the smoothest of all the renovations on our home. The price was reasonable, they were professional and conscientious and made sure we were satisfied with the job. Good job - we'll recommend them to everyone.
