Jan was great. I used her services for move out cleaning, she came by and gave me an estimate before taking the job and my request. She was straight forward about what she was going to do. She did not make an old house into a new, but she made it shine more than I thought possible. She was able to do all this without any a/c, it broke after an hour after she started. I was very impressed with her attitude, and the work she did. If I need help again, she is the only one I'll call. Very reasonable rates.

Results did not come close to services advertised.

We regret he was not happy with our work as we strive for and get great reviews from our customers. Unfortunately, the need for this home to be rentable was 2 full days of work (as advised) and his budget allowed 6 hours max. The detailed work done was per his direction. The kitchen, baths, baseboards and blinds were all done. The kitchen had an enormous amount of caked on grease which I was able to clean off but took much of the time. (The stove top alone took 45 mins. of continuous scrubbing. He thought it would need replacing but I got it clean!) This feels a bit like no good deed goes unpunished. I gave an extra hour for free!

Bill was very helpful and gave us good tips while coming up with the cabinet design. He gave us regular updates and sent us photos of the progress. He was very accommodating, flexible and extremely nice to work with. This was our first experience with custom furniture and it was a very nice experience. We absolutely love the cabinets that Bill built for us. I would certainly recommend Bill to anybody wanting custom furniture. Regards,
