Robert and I knew that the leak in the wall under the kitchen sink was not going to be an easy task. 1927 hand built cottage. Would be happy to recommend Robert for his can-do attitude, clear thinking, knowledgeability and good humor under a very difficult situation. Clean, well organized .. and so much more. Have some hardscape I want to do next . I'm going to call Robert!

Robert Smith Called me right away, gave me a good price and was willing to work with me. I appreciate his obvious expertise and good hands-on knowledge. He also stuck to his prices, with no surprises, which I consider honorable. I am using him again this week!

The original job was to repair some doors and gutters. It was done well, but what was more important, when the weather changed revealing some other problems in the worked-on items, they came nad solved all the additional issues. I was sufficiently satisfied with their work that I entrusted them with a much larger assignment of treating my deck, which they are in the process of doing now. I was hoping to find a company I can always turn to when something needs to be repaired around the house, and I think they are it.

Project: Repair or Replace Window Hardware, Latches or Tracks
Robert arranged a time that worked for both of us and showed up on time. He managed to repair my 14 casement windows which wouldn't open for various reasons and even cleaned the windows while he was at it. His price was very fair and I feel I got great value for the money. He and his assistant were very nice as well! I recommend them and will definitely call them if I need any other handyman work. I've already asked him for an estimate on another job.
