	Rating: Project: Drywall - Repair Mr. Smith was never on time.  Each day we would set a time for the next time and he would also call 30 minutes before and tell me that he would be about 30 minutes late.  He would… Read Complete Rating Mr. Smith was never on time.  Each day we would set a time for the next time and he would also call 30 minutes before and tell me that he would be about 30 minutes late.  He would show up 1 hr to 1 1/2 hr later than told to me.  Mr. Smith would only work about 2 hrs doing very little and the job should of only took about 10 hrs and was dragged our over 2 weeks before I told him to leave my property and never to come back.  When he gives a bid there is a $150.00 +or -,which he always found a reason the charge the high end.  The work was bad, but I was told when he finished no one would be able to tell that work was done.   Rating: Project: Handyman for Multiple Small Projects Very reasonable rates and performed well on the initial project.
