Project: Build an Addition
Simply put, the people at Smiley are about making sure the job is done right and done to your satisfaction. They started when they said that they would, they worked long and hard even in the cold, they completed the project on time, and they completed the project on budget. Their pricing is extremely fair, and when issues come up, the President of the company, Daren Smith, will sit down at your kitchen table and work out a solution that everyone is happy with. Moreover, their crews are extremely polite and conscientious. We have two small kids and one of us works from a home office, and it was pleasure to see the crew everyday.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Very professional. They were able to adjust the scope of the job to fit our budget. They made great recommendations, and even helped choose a color scheme. They were able to start on the job right away, they worked fast and efficient, and the entire job was less than most estimates that we received. I would definitely choose them again.

1. The word "can 't" is not in Darren's vocabulary- there is always an effort to try or to find an alternative. This is a positive. The crew who performed the work was professional, on time and efficient. I will use Smiley Renovations again .
