Took him longer than estimated. Then he tried charging me more in the end. The receipt he e-mailed to me was wrong as well. Too bad, he is a nice guy.

Josh Smiley was prompt and friendly. He came and gave me an estimate the next day and was there two days later to do the work. Work was completed within the time frame and estimate promised. Very professional and courteous, I would use him again and have recommended him to friends.

Josh was great! He returned my phone call promptly and was able to come out that day! He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to stay and fix it (6+ hours) the same day. I will definitely use him again.
