Mike was early and had started before we arrived, he explained in simple terms so as not to confuse. Even though I have 30 years of construction experience, I appreciated him speaking plainly for the sake of my wife. Very professional and thorough. Definitely would use/recommend again.

Mike was very professional and courteous. He was able to accomdate us even with a short notice. He did a very thorough inspection and answered all of my questions. I walked away with a checklist right away and was given a detailed report within the same day. I would definitely use Smart Choice again and will be referring his company to my family and friends.

There is nothing bad I can say about Smart Choice, on time, professional, thorough and took the time to explian things to me and it only took a few hours to recieve the inspection report...I didnt buy the home but I will certainly use Smart Choice for all my home inspections.

Mike did an excellent job inspecting the house. He gives a full explanation of each aspect of the inspection and includes estimated cost during the inspection. His final report is excellent with pictures and a full recap of all damages, He was pleasant and gracious to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Mike.
