Neil Sofia, a registered Architect, is the owner with 33 years involvement in the profession of Architecture and has expedited 400 permits to date. Our goal has been to create aesthetic, unique, practical and cost effective design solutions. We provide a complete architectural service including planning, design, drafting, working drawings, permit expediting, contruction bidding and site support. We can offer design counseling, 3D renderings and model making. Our top notch service is medium priced and our drawings will save time and money. My ideal client is a home owner that would rather add on, alter or renovate rather than move; a land owner with a vision that needs a passionate design professional; a small business owner that knows that good design is good business.
