Project: Install Home Theater Surround Sound System
I made the mistake of paying before they finished and they never let me hear the system, they did not show me how to work anything and I was not satisfied with the sound! Any more questions I was asked before leaving. What questions would I know to ask? The sound quality would have spoke volumes and would have sparked some questions. How come I can hear the rear speakers as well as the front? The are mute all of the time and my 10 year old daughters look is priceless as she still hasn't heard the surround sound!

This customer provided there own equipment, I had mentioned to the customer that this equipment was not standard equipment. As for paying before the work was complete that is false, he paid after the system was done and demonstrated. After my technicians showed him I even made a follow up visit to instruct him on how to use the system. Also I told the customer that he would get surround sound only when the specific channel put out surround sound not just stereo.
