Project: Install or Replace Seamless Metal Gutters

I did not receive a call to let me know when my iinstallation was going to be. I called to inquire and they informed me they were coming that day! Luckily, I was able to work it out. Also, they installed the gutters OVER the house numbers on the back of my house. I don't think it would have taken that much effort to remove the numbers to make the job look completely professional. These are the things I would improve in regards to their service.

There were other issues with this roof. Our workmanship held up but the customer had some more things to do in other areas. We came back to verify that our work held up to standards and it did. Just more things that were not in our scope.

Project: Install a New Skylight

We asked to install VELUX skylight tunnel and it was done very quickly. We had rainy days several times after the installation and no leak. We are happy with the quality of work. I gave four Customer Service stars because I did not get good communication on the start time on initial installation day, but they came early on the next business day to make up for it.

The price was better than others who bid for the job. The installers were courteous, and professional. They were fast and concise with their work. There was no follow-up from customer service to see if I was pleased.
