Quentin was very professional and courteous. He and Charlie completed the job as if they were installing it in their own home. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

The team was extremely thorough establishing and managing expectations up front, considering I had asked to have my TV installed on my wall above my fireplace in an older home. They were prompt, finished faster than I had expected, and the results were absolutely incredible. More than exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommendt them.

I was impressed by the fact that Quentin and his assistant arrived ahead of schedule and were very friendly and professional. The workmanship was excellent. I would definitely recommend Skyspeed Innovations to my friends and business colleagues.

I had an appointment on Thursday at 5 pm and they did not show. I called them at 6 pm and John said that they had technical difficulties so I rescheduled for 1pm on Saturday and asked them to call me if the were going to be late. Saturday at 4pm I finally received a call and told Quinton "I didn't think they wanted the job" I agreed to allow them to come by and put my tv mount up and FINALLY at 5 pm they were here and put my tv on the wall. They did and they did a good job once they got here. I didn't care for the lack of consideration on there part for my time which is valuable.

The guy arrived on time and that was about all I can say that was good. Knowlege of the product abysmal. Took over 2 hours to supposedly program the remote. Demonstrated it (Bad move) because only he knew what he had done. Duly paid and left. Two days afterwards I attempted to use the remote and it was completely useless. I contacted Quentin again and he said he would call back. Which he never did. I emailed and called again and was promised a callout to fix all the problems on Monday between 8 and 9 am. At 8.30 am I called to verify the likeleyhood of him coming only to be told that he was in South Florida and would try to get to me.

As a professional in the industry I must say this has been a learning experience Everything that was agreeded upon was completed as far as product knowledge I'm very knowledgable . We explained to the end user what could be done and what could not be done with the product he himself purchased and tried to make work himself before calling me in. As far as the 2 hours that was waisted was do to the fact he had many faulty pieces of equipment that he kept switching out and shipping to Sony. So instead of saying of he was unhappy to our face he praised us and offered us a drink witch I don't do at work . Look at other ratings very opposit!!!

Skyspeed showed up on time, had what was needed to complete the job and finished it up in a timely manner. I would use them again and have already recommended them to others.
