To request inspection call 425-256-0363. Inspections are performed to industry standards as required by Washington State Law/ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. All major systems and components of the home will be inspected and client is encouraged to be present at the inspection so questions can be answered. The inspection will inform client about existing problems with the home. Client can expect professional service. Our inspector, Scott Davis, was highly professional, arrived early, and was very in formative and thorough. He is a great communicator and was able to answer all the client’s questions for their level of comprehension so that they received knowledgeable information needed to make an informed decision on the direction to go. Scott was able to speak to issues in the home without scaring the client yet was completely honest with his evaluations and was also able to offer solutions where appropriate. I would HIGHLY recommend Scott at Skyline and will be referring him continually.
