Rob Packard, President & Founder, started construction in 1975 in Iowa, moved to Denver in 1979, became a partner in a construction company in 1980, bought out his partners in 1986 to form Skylight and Remodeling Specialists Inc.  Rob has concentrated his efforts towards residential and commercial skylight installation and repairs and residential remodeling. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and you can call 303-758-2100 to get an update on our membership. Skylight and Remodeling Specialist Inc. has a registered trade name with the State of Colorado, and is licensed throughout the Denver Metro area. Rob Packard holds a Denver supervisor Class "B" License. Skylight and Remodeling Specialists Inc. is a General Contractor that specializes in Skylighting, Overhead Glazing Applications, Sun screening, Thermal Solar Hot Water Heat, Room Additions, Decks, Basement Finishes, and Quality Remodeling. We go to great lengths to train our employees to assure Top Quality Workmanship. We have benefits and incentive programs such as our "Bonus Board" that gives employees the freedom and desire to please our customers. All work is not sub-contracted out.
