Project: Install Drywall
While the value of the job was fair, we needed to put too much effort ourselves into the job (phone calls, delays...it took way too long to finish) The job could have been completed had he not taken on too much other work while it was ongoing. On numerous occasions he scheduled work appointments and never showed up or offered poor excuses and later admitted that he had been on other jobs. Arrived late several mornings. He needed someone at home to supervise. Did not clean up without Owner's directive. Did not respect Owner's personal property in work area after Owner's complaint. Needed prodding to finish job per agreement.

He is very conscientious, a perfectionist in a good way. He really cares about his work, does a good job. I have been using him since the end 2006, very pleased.
