The owner is Bill Craig, and he is the one who came to my home. I was impressed by the fact that he did the work himself (along with a crew) and he was very knowledgable about the product.

Major Installation. Highly Professional - installed registers in reinforced tile floor requiring special expertise. Only complaint is that they left small pieces of masonry in the lawn around the outdoor installation. Highly recommended

Skill Craft Air's owner William Craig (Bill) appears to be very professional AC engineer. Before Servicemagic forwarded his name, I talked with at least 8 AC-contractors for my Freon leak in 26 year old Bryant AC. After each free estimate, I could understand from my Internet knowledge that I'm being deceived in services or prices. Bill appears to be very moral in this regard and highly knowledgeable. I trusted him. Next day he sent two highly experienced AC engineers, Joel and David for replacement of outside cooling unit of my central AC. David-Joel duo did high quality work - they are polite and very professional AC engineers. Thumbs-up.

Bill was great, he was the first contractor to call us, he kept his appointment and showed up on time. The price was great, his installers arrived on time, they were polite, well groomed, very professional. They began work as soon as they arrived. Completed all the work and cleaned everything up before we returned home. The installation was perfect. As a contractor myself, it was nice to see the quality of work that SKILLCRAFT provided. I have referred SKILLCRAFT to several of our customers already and have put them at the top of our HVAC contractor list. Cindy Brooks

The job were professional, prompt, and did high quality work. They even completed the hvac installation in less time than they estimated. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them without hesitation.
