Mr. Sizemore was very good to begin but before we decided to go for the second coat or not he had already bought paint for a second coat and then he was extremely late with the paperwork. The paperwork was inaccurate to what we had agreed and I ended up being stuck with a lot of extra paint and a bigger bill than was due for the work done.

This project was quoted and recomended for two coats from the start. Customer decide near the end that he only wanted 1 coat after paint was purchased trying to save money. The paperwork was exactly what was discussed . The bill was actually discouted for 200.00 less for labor. Customer also signed off on everything on all documents and was very happy with the paint job not to mention I included all prep work and spackle for free!!

We were very happy with the end results of our painted rooms. Next time, though, I think the contract should be very specific with everything needed painted, color, coats, etc.

Although I did not choose Sizemore's First Choice Painting, I just wanted to let you know that I felt he was very professional and friendly and I would definitely recommend him to friends. It was a hard decision to make, as I felt he and another company were neck and neck, but I had to choose someone and I picked another company.

Project: Paint or Stain Single Items
Paint job was under a car port, 50 year old wood never been painted, Painting because I had a carpenter bee problem so after successfully getting rid Of the bees it was time to paint it to discourage them in the future. Tim Sizemore came out and looked and came back with an offer. $495 Not bad I thought. We scheduled and when his painter came out he had 1 can of paint primer mixture. It covered about 1/10th of the area and poorly the wood soaked it right up. Sizemore came back with a new estimate of over $900. We agreed to split the extra cost of the paint. Afterward paint job was still poor. I do not recommend.

Customer signed off on job complete satisfactory sheet when job was completed and was satisfied at the end of the job. Customer never stated to me he was dissatisfied upon completion. If I would of known his concerns I would of made it right with him like I would with any of my customers

Mr. Sizemore was pleasant, and an easy person with whom to work. He supervised his painter making sure that all our specifications were met. Our shutters and wood work around the outside of the house looked wonderful when the job was complete. Thanks so much! Ray and Sue Merz
