The two young men that came to our condo did a wonderful job of cleaning and painting all of the grout. They removed and replaced all the chalking in the kitchen and bathroom. They were able to remove a build up around the base of both bathroom faucets. The place looks nicer than when I moved in 4 years ago. Thank you!

The estimator was good, easy to work with. The technician that did the work, I believe his name was Mark, did a good job, but I believe if he had looked a little closer at the info on the estimate, he would have been able to move on a little quicker. E.G. hae was unaware he was to supply a couple ofnew pieces of wall tile, even though it was clearly stated on the sheet from the estimator, of which he had a copy.

The technician was very helpful and helped with the design in a very difficult situation--tile so old it wasn't available anymore and in a color that is not used anymore. THe finished project was great.

Estimate professional was on timefor appointment, explained process, charges and outlined procedure for hiring Sir Grout. The technician who cleaned and sealed the floors was personable and highly competent. It remains to be seen how the Sir Grout finish will hold up over time, but the inital services were perfomred very well.

Sir Grout came out quickly and did an excellent job removing grout & caulk and replacing it. They also cleaned and sealed the grout in our bathrooms (floor & walls) making it look brand new. I would highly recommend.
