Project: Remodel a Bathroom
As with any construction project, there were surprises. Pete handled each situation with professionalism and competence. I would recommend this professional to anyone needing work done around the home.

Project: Hire a Handyman
The bracket for our kitchen corner Lazy Susan cabinet broke off. A part could not be found to replace it unless the whole unit was replaced. Pete was able to make a new part and install it on our cabinet. The cabinet lines up perfectly and Lazy Susan works better than before, all at a fraction of the cost if we had to replace the unit. Pete is a very courteous, clean, and knowledgeable handyman. He kept us updated throughout the process.

I am completely pleased with my deck (this was a rebuild). My prior deck was a traditional treated wood deck, my new deck was a composite deck. My new deck looks great and Sir Build-A-Lot was great to work with.

Our overall experience was a positive customer experience. We interviewed and researched 3 other contractors with quotes and Pete was by far the best in response, quote, and documentation. We were extremely suprised to have received our quoute less than 24 hours of providing our specs. ( Our deck is complete and we are still waiting on one contractor's quote) Working with a tight budget, Pete's detailed documentation of expenses really helped us understand where our dollars would go. Pete took our design and made it work and in the end the deck was completed on schedule, within budget, and we love our new deck. Very Satistified !
