Project: Install Electrical for a Home Addition or Remodel
Dallas, from Simtech was the third company I'd had come out and give me a bid on putting electricity into a building I had in my back yard. I was impressed with his appearance, knowledge, manners, work ethic, ability, timeliness among many other capabilities. I have lived in North Carolilna for six years and have not always been pleased with the people I have hired to do different projects for me as I always feel like I'm investigating and trying hard to find quality but I always feel like it's a crap shoot. I couldn't have been more pleased with anything that Simtech did for me. Even the man that came with him was a top of the line person.

GREAT work. Clean, timely, cost efficient. Great recommendations for what we wanted to do. Project took a bit more time than quoted yet Simtech honored their original quite. Recommend HIGHLY.

They were kowledeable, courteous, etc. My big negative is they quoted and agreed it would take 1 hour, but they diddled around so they could collect for an hour and a half.
My previous contactor had it assembled and up in less than an hour for less than their hourly rate.
