The cleaners were on time and clearly explained how they determined the price of the job both when I first contacted them and when they arrived to do the job. They were thorough and paid attention to detail (getting into corners and edges) and seeing that I was satisfied before they left.

Simply Clean came to my home to give an accurate estimate of the cost to clean my carpet so there WERE NOT any extra fees on cleaning day!!! The day of clean-staff was efficient, and did an exceptional job getting my carpet clean. I thought is would be a real challenge to get clean, but my carpet looked almost new !!! My carpet was mostly dry the same night and there was no smell from the cleaning chemicals. I've used other companies and have never been this pleased. I have found someone to clean my carpets in the future. Thank You so much Simply Clean !!!!!

I was pleased with my service from initial contact to the actual work. The guys that showed up were great. Very knowledgable. I do wish I would have been prepared to clean after they cleaned. The residue that was left was pretty significant, but worth it as my tile and grout look new.

Mr. Garcia and his assistant we very professional. Mr. Garcia was very timely when responding to my email questions. He was friendly and professional. He called about 30 minutes prior to service time to confirm his arrival that was right on time. Terrific service - very satisfied.

They arrived at scheduled appointment and very polite and friendly. They did a very good job bringing to my attention about how they were going to clean my furniture and explain the process to me. I would highly use this company again. And I will suggest them to my closest friends and family. Money well spent on my part.
