Project: Install or Replace Window Glass
Simons Bros repaired extensive wall damage due to ice dams. around windows in 2 rooms. Also painted 2 rooms & replaced caulking in bathroom around the tub. Was very satified with the experience & will not hesitate to use their services again. Am also recommending them to others without hesitation. Great job!!!

Project: Repair or Partially Replace a Wood Fence
Our project related to a fence. He was prompt in his response and completing the work. We were impressed at how neat he left our yard when he was done. The rate was reasonable. He is very knowledgable about other home care We will use Simon Brothers services again when we are ready for our next project. Thank you.

Project: Repair or Replace Section of PVC Gutters
Our church hired Howie to repair some water damage to the rectory ceiling, and also to repair deteriorating brick front steps. Everyone was impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. He found and tested the source of the water problem in order to solve the underlying problem before fixing the cosmetic damage, communicated regularly regarding his progress and next steps, and was a pleasure to deal with. We will use him again in the future.

Howie responded to my request and came to do an estimate the very next day.He then started work immediately and did an excellent job. Both he and his crew are good-natured, polite and tidy--all thingsthat made it a pleasure to have them in the house. We are especially impressed with the care that Howie takes to be sure that repairs we inquire about really need doing and appreciate that he tries to find the most cost-effective way to address issues. He takes pride in doing good quality work, confirming our preference to hire a local businessman over a large company. We have already contracted him for further work.

Project: Install or Repair Door or Window Screens
Although Howie Simons was not able to help me with the job I originally contacted him for (through no fault of his own), he did offer to help me with another problem (noisy/creaking floors) and did a great job! It was not a simple fix, but he stuck with it and ended up fixing the problem - i still can't believe how quiet my 2nd floor now is! others have even noticed. thank you so much for all your help!

Howie was very thorough. He pointed out problems with the existing wiring and plumbing as he did the work. He explained what he was doing, and presented several options. His pricing was fair and well defined beforehand. I'd hire him for another job. He knows what he's doing, and his skill set seems to be very broad.
