Project: Analyze a Structural Issue (Structural Engineer)
The engineer I hired was Dana Shave. I cannot say enough good things about him. He came on time, and to say he was thorough in his work would be an understatement. He is extremely knowledgable, and takes the time to explain things in a way you can understand them. He is very professional, but he was also very kind and empathetic to my situation. After he completed his inspection, I had a full and complete report, including pictures from him within a few days. In addition to his report, I had his written step by step plan to rectify the problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a structural engineer.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Dana Shave and his crew were excellent. They were also friendly, easy and enjoyable to work with and flexible, as we made changes as the project unfolded. They were more than capable and willing to devise creative solutions when the project encountered a couple of unexpected glitches. Not only do we highly recommend Simon Pure, but we will hire them again for future projects.
