Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
Roland called within half an hour of my requesting help to replace a blown water heater. He arranged to call the next morning with a quote and when he did, answered all of my wife's questions and concerns (we had had a bad experience with a previous plumber) and gave us a price for the job which was very competitive and arranged to come around that afternoon to complete it. The work was done very well and we had hot water again within a couple of hours! He also tidied up the existing piping (which had been a mess) so that the whole area looked better. We are very happy and will certainly call on Roland again for our plumbing needs

Did the jon on time with great follow-up with a part that was not originally available. Would have Silver Streak handle plumbing for us in the future.

They called before coming and arrived when they said they would. They looked over the job and then went to purchase the materials needed. They protected my floor with cardboard, which was very considerate. The job took less time than I thought it would. I would recommend them and will use them when I have another plumbing project!

Roland and his son were a pleasure to deal with. Gutting and Re-doing a house is a stressful event. In a sea of contractors who dont live up to what they say they are going to do, Silver Streak plumbing is a rare find. They did what they said they were going to do, On Time, and with no hassle. Didnt EVER have to call them to remind them, or beg them to come.
Couldnt be any happier with Silver Streak Plumbing. Highly recommend.

I needed an emergency plumbing repair, and Roland called me back immediately...He asked me to detail the scope of the work, and agreed to come out within a half hour...I've contracted with Roland before, and at that time, as well as this, am very pleased with his service, workmanship, and manner of professionalism...highly recommend his services...
