Was told $105 for first hour for one man. Two men showed up requesting double the price.

This was our fault, I didn't tell the customer we usually have the tech's work as a 2-man team. It usually works out better because the work gets done twice as fast. We should have done a better job making the customer aware of that.

Jeremy and Chuck did a great job installing a home theater system and TV in our family room. They communicated well via email, provided a reasonable price and finished on time and on budget. They were clearly experienced pros. I would highly recommend them for home theater installation projects.
