Woke up one morning to a very chilly house. Silver Star called within minutes of my request and had the heater fixed in less than two hours...on a Saturday too! Price was very reasonable. Will use again.

Jason came onsite today very quickly despite the snowfall we had and addressed my furnace issue immediately. Jason was very professional, friendly, and explained everything that he did. I have worked with many HVAC companies over the years as I own multiple rental properties, and Jason delivered superior quality services. I would highly recommend Jason for any HVAC needs and plan on using his services for any future work I have.

Jason was outstanding. I put in the request on a weekend late night and he was out next day. He answered several questions, offered suggestions, and even told me what a difference in my electrical bill would be if I upgraded to a better coil. He was right!!! Not only did I have a pro come over, I saved money on electrical bill also. Thank you Jason. Thank you Service Magic.

On time, very professional. Jason found a potential problem and took care of it, but let us know the air conditioner motor will need to be replaced in the future. He did not try and sell us and said his quote was good when we decided to replace the motor.

This was my first time using Silver Star Heating and Cooling. I found them after reading other reviews. I had a basic furnace cleaning and check done. Jason was prompt, friendly, and seemed knowledgeable. After the cleaning, $80 (which seemed like a fair price), he let me know that the blower motor would need to be replaced in the future. He didn't try to sell me a new motor on the spot, and was honest that mine would last another year or two, but to keep an eye on it. I appreciate the honesty! I'll be calling Silver Star a little later in the spring to do my air conditioning spring service.
