Very prompt and one thing most contractors don't do is keep in touch, NOT so with this company. When they say they're going to call or come and look at your job...They're there. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a flooring contractor. As a general contractor I've dealt with a lot of company's. This one has my respect. I would recommend them to my own mother.. -Warrens,WI
