I chose Silent Maid Central Vacuum, and they came out and they did a great job. They were the only folks that returned my call, but they did a super job. So we're very happy with them.

They were very quick to respond & set up an appointment. The service technician inspected my system, climbed through my attic & assessed that perhaps a gasket on one of the wall valves needed to be replaced. He then told me that my unit was too small for my house & not powerful enough. He recommended replacing it for $800! After he left, $169 later, I checked my valves & couldn't tell which one he replaced, I went on line & larger units are $350, I called the manufacturer & my unit is powerful enough for a 7,800 sq ft home (mine is 3,500 sqft) It is still not working properly & he never checked to see if it was still under warantee.

His place of business is a bit difficult to find as the street changes name a couple of times, but he was nice and fixed my problem for $20.

The technician came in, diagnosed the problem, went into the attic and repaired it. He then check all the inputs throughout the house to ensure that they were working. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of the technician.

Jose was on time for the appointment and spotted several problems with my unit. Once he had my approval he began to repair and replace hoses and filters. Very professional.
