The men were on time and, if they were going to be late, called us in plenty of time. They were friendly, professional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. There was nothing for us to do but enjoy the new system

The only thing that I wasn't to happy with was that the technician came out and used terms that I was not familiar out such as in and out degrees and in of out 70 and 50 I don't know what that means and I think he should of explained that technology to me other then that everything was fine Thank you

Great experience all-around. We'd been told by several other companies that our Philly rowhome would pose a significant (and expensive) challenge when it came time for installing air conditioning, but Unique tackled it no problem, in a totally professional manner, with a high-velocity system. They were courteous, on-time, and most importantly, did terrific work. Also very responsive when I called with questions or issues. Pricey, but worth it.
