Alex is the best. I was contacted BY PHONE within 24 hours of receiving the list. He provided me an overview of his company and experience. He arrived on time. Provided a complete explanation of the product, timing and warranties. My custom made awning was completed within the 14 days promised and installed. I went with Alex as the price was within my expected range and the professionalism that he displayed through the whole process. As an aside, the other company sent an e-mail asking me to call and never followed up.

Alex, called promptly came out and gave us his assessment which was to remove the awning rather than replace. He did so at a min. price. Thank you.

Alex is great, a true pleasure to work with, he will be maintaining and switching out the old and new awning for us seasonally, as well as providing us with a new awning one in the spring. In addition to the reg work he dose he helped us custom design three sides for a Sukkah for our porch for the holiday, and even came and helped me put it up including the roof I purchased from another vendor. You could not get a better guy, he took the time that was nec to help us with the project and showed 100% respect and understanding to the various religious laws that had to be followed at all aspects of design and installation.

Notified me when they could not make the first appointment so I wasn't sitting and waiting. The day of the appointment, continued to keep in touch so (had a previous app in the morning) so I had an approximate time when they were arriving. It always impresses me when a company understand how valuable your time is. Worked with me regarding aspects of the job and was very professional.

Completion of the project took a little longer than expected however, it was worth the wait. The awning is beautiful and I would highly recommend Signature Signs and Awnings.
