Excellent work

Poor face to face communication skills. Never a follow up visit as promised and no care instructions emailed as promised. We received a front sod job and rear seed and straw. The "professionals" never rolled the sod after it was put down causing the ends to die, now we have white square marks in the midst of our green grass.

We did not roll the lawn because the yard had just been tilled. The homeowner was instructed to water the lawn heavily which would allow the new sod and soil to weld together. It is my opinion that rolling is not necessary if you water heavily after applying sod. Many times it causes the newly laid sod to shift and cause gaps inbetween the pieces. It was explained to the customer that the sod had gone dormant for the winter hence the slight off color. Check out my photos, I have posted photos of this project so that anyone reading this review can judge for themselves (The last photo was taken a month after the sod was installed).

John is very reliable. I don't live in the house as it's a rental but the girls that live there said he does great work.

He has done several projects for me. He has done it in my home and other areas. I would recommend him to others. He is timely, easy to work with, communicate, was excellent in his work.
