John was prompt in coming out to my house and answered all my questions. He was easy to talk with and we worked out the deal in less than an hour. The crew did a great job and did a good job of cleaning up when finished.

Salesman has a fast tongue. Workers were excellent, professional, hard working people. Cleanup was excellent. My only concern is the second part of the work which was to repair the siding and replace broken windows and screens have not been finished. It has been several weeks and I have called and emailed this company. Nothing!.

I was initially impressed at how soon they were able to begin my roof replacement. However, that same afternoon John Hopkins came by before the job was complete and requested we "settle up." And even thought he had said on the day of the estimate that I would not have to pay until the job was complete and I was satisfied, he requested I write him a check. He also agreed to hold the check until I had notified him that my insurance checky had been deposited and cleared. Not only did he cash the check prior to my notification, I had to call three additional times to get the job completed, i.e, turbine installation and shingle completion.

Fast, professional and quality service with a smile. While my neighbors are still waiting for roof repairs ect., shigles were delivered almost before the ink dried on my contract. I interviewed 3 roofing contractors before selecting "Signature Roofing LLC" for three reasaons. (One) John Hopkins presentation for his service was exceptional, he knows his business and wrote a detailed proposal on the spot. (Two) He met with the insurance adjuster at their appointment to insure all claims were covered. (Three) I felt secure and comfortable, I had someone in my corner through the process. Not to mention the excellant ratings for the company.

I would not hesitate in calling Mr. John Hopkins to help out with any of my home projects. The roofing was do much better than I could have expected. John offered me several option to chose and made some suggestions I didn't even know about. Excellent company to do business wit for my home project.

Not the best. Difficult to get a hod of time. New roof leaked and had to be repaired. Good news is that they did the repairs immediately and without any hassle.
