Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
First look seemed good but when I really examined their work it was truly substandard. They didn't move things and there was dust/cat hair under chairs. Tile floor was streaky and dark carpet in bedroom was not vacuumed in corners or behind night stands. I specifically asked for deep dust cleaning as I recently had work in the house. They charged $175 for 2 people who spent in total 2 hours. I'm waiting for a call back from owners to see what they suggest. Spoke with office 5/3 at 9am and now at 7:18 pm still no call back. Upon further inspection they NEVER moved a thing on my wall unit, just dusted arouond.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
2 Companies called me. Both very Professional. 1 gave me a price over the phone. That was okay. They could do the job on Monday. The other had to see the place to quote. Luckily I had time to meet and met them there 20 Minutes from our telephone Call. Said I would have a confirmation of his ball parked price and a person to set up an appointment in 20 minutes. Received the call they were able to do job next day. Very professional was there on time and ready to work. Will use them again.

They came, they broke things then put them back so i wouldnt notice and only did half the work! i cancelled the check oh and i didnt even know they left till i heard the engine running

The initial cleaning was not completed and they had to go out a second time to finish the job. However, the owner did adjust the price, because of the inconvenience.

I hired them because I needed someone in a hurry to clean a house that had been closed up for a year. The house however is very small and not a very big job for two people. I feel that the quote was too high for the work but I paid it. The workers did a fairly good job but made a lot excuses. One was I did not move the couch because it was too heavy, well I moved it in seconds. Also found areas in the kitchens and windows that could have been cleaned better.
