redoing the upstairs bathroom. Steve and I decided on a fair price he immediately went to work to turn my 38 year old bath into something beautiful.//BUT we hit a very bad problem I had water in my walls which I never knew I thought allstate would cover it but no! Here I was with an open hole out to my back yard the water had destroyed all the wood I was in tears. Without the insurance to cover the damage I was at wits end Steve sat down and worked with me with what money I had left. He was a real sweetheart and a fanatastic worker. I would recommed Steve 2 all thiis space is to small for so many words of graditude for Steve & crew use them!

Steve was a pleasure to work with. He is a true professional and takes obvious pride in his work. All of his workmanship was first rate. He is very dependant and reliable. He gave us a schedule and stuck to it. If he said that he was going to be there on a certain day/time, he was there. We ran into a few problems, none of which were due to anything that he did, and he took care of them. We felt very comfortable giving him the key to our house, feeling that he was 100% trustworthy. We are planning on redoing our bathroom and Steve will be the contractor that we use. We highly recommend him.

My experience went well, we spent more then we figured or had but that isn't usual. I'm in the business and understand the unforseen issues that can come up. I would certianly use SHS for another project.

Steve was a pleasure to work with. He kept us well informed; if there was a change in schedule, we were notified promptly. We knew what to anticipate and the project ran smoothly. Any additional charges due to work changes were discussed in advance so there were no surprises. I would recommend SIgnature Home Solutions and use his firm again for a job in the future.

Steve was most accomadating to my needs.Not only did he remodel my bathroom but also took care of a new roof,new windows,painting ,wheel chair ramp,and is now doing a deck!All of his help is courteous and very professional.All work was done to my expectations and my home left in great condition with all cleaned up after work was done.I would reemmend him to everyone.

If you need anything done around your home, and want NO aggravation, call Steve Smith. He takes pride in his work, like people used to do. He's dependable, neat,knows what he's talking about. Do yourself a favor and call him. You won't be disappointed. I would not hesitate to call him again in the future for any new project or repair.

They were very good. Steve did a great job on my daughter's room. He was very friendly too and I was so surprised that he was able to complete the job in 1 day! We will use them again when we paint other rooms in our home.

Steve and his crew were thorough, efficient and on schedule any inconv ience was held to a minimum. The end product of their work exceeded all expectations, I would definetly contract with them for any additional home improvements we may have in the future. Ron Kotloski
