Signature Home Inspection

My name is Ron Gerome, Owner of Signature Home Inspection, Inc. My company is a locally owned and operated home inspection buisness serving Northeast Ohio. My goal as your inspector is to educate you about the condition of the home so you can make an informed decision upon the purchase. I will conduct a non invasive, unbiased visual inspection of the home and its systems, reporting on conditions of the home, both positive and negative. We provide a complete home inspection report using Palm Tech Report Software, which is a computer generated repport with digital colored picture attachments of any deficiency's found throughout the property. All clients and real estate agents will recieve the report with in 24 hrs of the inspection. When problems are found, we will recommend further evaluation or remedies.
