not great at communcation but they did what we discussed very well.

With all do respect, I have left many messages on every person's voicemail in an attempt to reach them. In some instances ( like this one ) I would leave a message and would not receive a call back until either the next day or the day after that. We would play phone tag and that can make it difficult to get in contact with one another.
