Customer Service was GREAT!! They would ALWAYS work with our schedule. I had hired a previous company that did a very poor job, and ChiTown came and they renovated the project. The final product, turned out to be an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend it, and I give it 5 stars.

Project: Install Drywall
The job took longer than planned (it was a tricky installation in a very confined space) but he still only charged his original estimate. I plan on asking him to come back to do similar work in other spaces.

Project: Clean and Seal Decks, Fences, Patios, Drives, or Porches
The hardware was painted over. I was promised it would be cleaned up, but to date it has not happened. I noticed lots of drips on the porch surface which have not been addressed as we had discussed. I received an appology email regarding their failure to return to finish and attached to it they advertised their "blowout" sale. They have yet to follow up completion of my porch. I got a really fair price and a great power wash, but job remains incomplete.

We had the exterior or our house painted. It was peeling and needed extra attention. We liked that Julio was meticulous in his work and his attention to every detail was remarkable. The job was so well done that we are hiring Julio to do some interior painting for us.

Chitown Decorting is a great company to use: They were promt with there quote, and delivered on every aspect of it quote. I even recomended them to a freind and they were pleased with the outcome of their project as well. As far as price they were fairly in the middle out of the five quotesI received, but the way the young man (Mr. Guzman) spoke with such passion about the work that Chitown Decorationg does, let me know this was the crew I wanted work on my home. Will use them for future projects for sure.
