I was very pleased. Matt was very prompt and professional. I was purchasing shutters for my brother's home in Florida and I live in Georgia. Matt worked with me from out of town and my brother and his wife are extremely happy and pleased. The neighbors were also, gathering around and asking if they could come over when a storm hits:-)

Matt was excellent and easy to work with. He delivered everything as promised on the original contract. He was only ever a cell phone call away. Any day of the week, he could be counted on to answer his phone and answer any questions. He works very hard to make sure you are satisfied. I am very happy we chose Shutters Depot and will use them again. I am very picky and I can assure you the Matt gets the job done right!

They showed up when they said they would show and the work was completed on time, actually the work was completed ahead of schedule! Excellent response time, and friendly customer service. I highly recommend these people.

Excellent product quality, exceeded other quotes. Very good customer service, Matt is a great salesperson. Installer puntual and corteous, I recommed to the clients to be present during the installation for minor details that may be overlooked by the installer. Installer did his best to satisfy client. overall , not a perfect ,but a good experience. I highly recomend them.

The communication with Matt Guinn from Shutters Depot prior to our installation was spot on. Matt kept us informed as to the status of our permit and our target installation date, since we were trying to orchestrate this from out of state. However, we did have some issues with the installation once we arrived in Florida, which in all fairness, were not the direct fault of Shutters Depot, but the fault of the installer. Once the problems were discovered and corrected, the shutters worked perfectly. We are now very pleased with our shutters and would recommend Shutters Depot.
