We have an excellent experience with Shore Insulation. We have a 30 year old home that required more/new insulation in the attic. The initial person who gave the estimate was extremely thorough and did not try to oversell the need for the insulation. The people who came to insulate the house were hardworking and able to think quickly given the parameters and limitations of the space. I was very satisfied with the work.

The salesman, Terry Lasher, was incompetent; he promised accomodations the men couldn't make, made critical errors on the contract, and although he sent a corrected copy to me by Email after I contacted the main office and said I wouldn't allow the men to start working unless I received an accurate contract, the workmen still had the old conract -he even got our name wrong! The workmen were excellent, very thorough. Cleanup could have been a little better; there were several spent foam nozzles, and an overlooked commercial-sized bag of cellulose left in the yard. However, the actual work done spraying Tiger foam on the foundation sill plates, in difficult crawlspace areas, and blowing in wall insulation, was excellent.

There was about 8" of snow and the worker shoveled a path and went into the crawl space and didn't stop until he was done. Very polite & professional, and left no mess behind. VERY PLEASED and has helped warm my house. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND.

Terry Lasher was the contractor who came to give me my estimate was very nice took his time went through the whole house checked every corner. I can"t begin to say how happy i was with his service. I had others come but not one of them was as knowledgable and as courteous as he. he sent rob and his crew who where fantastic did a great job very nice guys cleaned up afterwards. Just want to say thanks to you and shore insulation i am warm and saving money. thank you!!!

the person who bid the job was not as knowledgable as I would have liked, but the men working were very good. It would have been useful to know that they expected the furniture moved away from the walls and that the part of the basement that required insulation in the ceiling needed to be emptied. Also, they did not move anything back, which I would have appreciated knowing about beforehand. I already notice a difference in the house. The insulation used is eco-friendly - an added bonus.
