We recently had a tragedy in our family, and I needed help getting our house extra clean. Upon hiring Shirine, I found that true honest service is still alive and well! Hiring Shirine helped tremendously! Not only does she make sure that every aspect of what you need taken care of and cleaned is spotless, but she truly cares about her clients! Not something that you find in businesses anymore. I would Highly Recommend Shirine to anyone that needs their home thoroughly cleaned, by someone honest, that goes the extra mile and then some! She was a true blessing Thanks Shirine!

Mostly, I was dissappointed that the price changed EVERY time I spoke with Shirine. It took her a couple of weeks before she could fit me in. I was constantly told to be flexible. When I first spoke with Shirine I told her exactly what size my house was and she gave me a reasonable price. When she showed up, the price changed - ok I get that somewhat. Then it changed again before she came back and then changed again when she got here. Always telling me how other people in my area payed way more. Also, the job done was not the best. When you are asked whether you want the shelves dusted and if so you need to put everything in a box... Really?

We are truly sorry her experience with our cleaning service did not meet her expectations, as we strive for perfection in every job we do. While we did give a ballpark estimate over the phone, upon a closer in home inspection we needed to adjust our pricing slightly as the home was larger, and in need of a much deeper cleaning than originally anticipated. As our consistent 5 star ratings can attest our company is modeled after the core values: Character & Integrity. She was satisfied with the deep cleaning as we were invited back for a second cleaning. She was given an Appreciation discount with second cleaning.

Shirine did an out standing job. Very thorough with an attention to detail. Very friendly and affordable. I will definitely be using Shirine again.
