We were thoroughly impressed with the "Spring Cleaning" orchestrated by Sabina and her girls. so much so, we have set up for regular cleaning every other week to maintain their awesome results! We felt completely comfortable with Sabina and her attention to detail and quality. I have recommended Shine Expert Services to everyone!!

I think they do a fantastic job cleaning! My house is immaculate! It would have been a perfect score if I had known all additional costs involved prior to the first engagement. All of sudden, with tax and extra recommended cleaning supplies ordered, I am finding myself a little over my budget. Make sure you ask about all potential additional costs.

They did a pretty good job cleaning the first visit however they do not return calls or emails. I travel for work and like most people, I am always on the run so I need to schedule things in advance. I have called and sent emails but cannot get Sabina to call me back to schedule appointments in advance. That doesn't work for me.

There is always human factor.During above period.My father was at the hospital dealing wtih Cancer.I was not able to return calls and emails during this hard times.But thank you for the support of loyal clients and understanding.Now I am back full focus and ready to serve my clients.My father is much better.

It was a bigger project than they expected and they were here longer than expected on the evening before Thanksgiving Day. I was suppose to receive an e-mail to schedule biweekly cleaning and have not received the e-mail. I am suspected they do not want my business possbily because I have 4 dogs.
